1. Introduction

Welcome to Crush Rewards ("Crush," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Crush Rewards mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to use the Service. By using Crush, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Rewards & Tokens

Crush Rewards tokens are non-expiring digital assets earned through eligible activities such as linking payment cards and submitting receipt data. Tokens may be redeemed for cash, stocks, Bitcoin, or other options as made available through the Service. Redemption values and availability are subject to change. Tokens have no cash value until redeemed and are non-transferable except as permitted by the Service.

5. Data Usage

By using the Service, you consent to the collection, anonymization, and aggregation of your spending data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your data is always anonymized before being shared with third parties. You may control what data you share through the app's settings.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• (b) submit fraudulent or fabricated receipt data;
• (c) attempt to manipulate or exploit the rewards system;
• (d) reverse engineer or interfere with the Service; or
• (e) impersonate another person or entity.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, any unredeemed tokens may be forfeited. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crush Rewards and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of rewards earned by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
